- Contains content that you do not have permission to use

By submitting content for personalization, you authorize Gifts By Gen and the relevant artist, manufacturer, or production partner to use that content solely as reasonably necessary to create and fulfill your order.
6. Product Availability
Products displayed on our website are subject to availability.
Because some products are sourced from independent artists and manufacturers, an item may occasionally become unavailable after an order has been placed.
We reserve the right to cancel an order if a product or requested personalization is no longer available or cannot reasonably be fulfilled.
If we cancel an order because we cannot fulfill it, any applicable refund will be processed in accordance with our Refund & Returns Policy and applicable law.
Where reasonably possible, we may offer an alternative product or customization before cancelling an order.
7. Placing an Order
When you place an order through our website, you are making a request to purchase the products selected at the price displayed at the time of purchase.
After placing your order, you should receive an order confirmation acknowledging that we have received your order.
An order confirmation does not necessarily mean that your order has been finally accepted for fulfillment.
